Gutter Cleaning

Faulty, leaking or overflowing guttering  can be the cause of structural damage and damp.

The rainwater guttering system provides your property with vital protection from the elements by directing waterflow away from building foundations and walls.

Blocked, overflowing or faulty guttering if left unmanaged can lead to problems even inside the property.

Gutter Cleaning can now be performed by our operatives from the safety of the ground using the high power gutter vacuum.

The added benefit of using a gutter vacuum for clearance is that now, difficult to reach areas such as above a conservatory on a house or above a protruding entrance foyer of an office block whereby the need to use expensive platforms, scaffolding or a cherry picker is no longer an issue. The cost effective solution is using a gutter vaccum to remove all debris including even fine particles of roof tiles that have detatched with weathering. With around 3000w+ suction power and aluminimum extension poles that can reach upto 40ft high there is a substantial number of jobs that can now be made very cost effective.

The Service

There are two main service types that we offer at pro-tech gutter cleaning:

1. Gutter Clearance - Gutter Vacuum/Clear all external guttering, Clear and check all downpipes.

2. Guttering, Fascia Soffit washdown - Wash/clean of all types of external cladding, Clear and check all downpipes.

A single gutter clearance should take around an hour depending on your property size and access availability. Fascia, Soffit and Cladding cleaning can sometimes take a little longer but is usually worth the effort.
